| Our regular Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11pm Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Customer Service is available on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (unless it is a weekend), and Labor Day from 11am-4pm Eastern Standard Time. Customer Service will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day, however, we are available from 11am-4pm Eastern Standard Time on the weekends during the month of December. |
